Latest Update: Sold Out at Meadow View

We would be lying if we said we didn’t miss seeing all of you during lockdown. Meadow View simply wasn’t the same without you, our customers, popping in for a nice cup of coffee and a chat.

You will of course notice a number of changes in how we work within the ‘new normal’ world we find ourselves in to ensure the safety of our customers, our team and the local community. All of the key information you need before visiting us can be found below.

Appointments must be booked in advance

We can’t wait to be able to talk to you face-to-face once again. Nothing beats a conversation in person, especially when you’re making such a big financial committment.

We kindly ask you to make any appointments with our team in advance of visiting Meadow View. This can be done by completing our Book an Appointment form on our website to book a time and date that’s convenient for you. Only one appointment can be held on site at any given time and a clear break will be allowed between each appointment to reduce the risk of coming into close contact with others.

On-site signage to guide you upon arrival

We’ve been busy putting together new on-site signage to guide you around our development. Please take note of the red signs both when you park up at Meadow View and when you enter and depart the show home. From guidance on where to park, to 2m distance and directional signage, we’ve made sure that you have all the information you need for a safe and secure visit.

In-depth cleaning and hygiene procedures for your safety

Our show home will be thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis as well as between appointments – to reduce the risk for anyone visiting our site. We’re also providing hand sanitiser and gloves when viewing our homes. Our sales team will make these available to you during your appointment.

Following COVID-19 social distancing guidelines

We kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the 2m safe social distancing guidelines at all times. We are limiting the number of visitors on site to one household at a time using our new appointment system but should you pass any residents or members of the local community, please continue to observe a safe distance. Our team will also observe the 2m rule throughout your visit to minimise the risk to you and others. Contactless infrared temperature checks are also being offered to visitors if they wish to complete one.
